Hopkins Staff Registration
Full-time university faculty, staff, and eligible dependents may enroll in most non-credit courses under the terms of the Hopkins Tuition Remission Program. Signed tuition remission vouchers (not applications) must be submitted at the time of registration either by mail or in person (do not FAX remission vouchers). Tuition remission criteria are described on the application form available at divisional human resources offices and online.
The registration form must be submitted after the student has received his or her approved tuition remission voucher. Enrollment for a class will not be processed unless both the signed remission voucher and registration forms are forwarded to 201J Shaffer Hall. For additional information, call 410-516-8516.
Under the revised terms of the university's remission program, Hopkins employees must withdraw in writing at least five working days before the first class to receive a 100% refund. NO 75% refunds are given to JHU employees.
